First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Circet.
Telecommunications Engineer
After your CV is reviewed and approved, you will have an interview. It will be conducted over Zoom and will last approximately 20 minutes. The questions will be directly related to the job duties. Unnecessary steps are avoided. Overall, it's a very good process.
- Can you share an instance where you provided outstanding customer service?
Fiber Trainee
The employer seemed to have no idea who I was or what they were looking for. They reviewed my CV during the conversation and weren't interested in my profile, focusing more on years of experience, even though I just graduated. I applied speculatively, so my experiences and ambitions were ignored. I was offered two positions: support staff (call center) or a telecom installer, which felt like a dismissal of my studies and skills.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Field Service Engineer
It was an easy phone call to start, then they asked me questions about IT and customer service. If successful, they would call me to schedule for training. Overall, it was a good interview experience. The interviewers were area managers from all over the UK.
- How would you handle a customer who is having a bad day
Project Manager
The interview process was okay, we had a standard chat with usual interview questions. After that, I didn't hear back for 4 weeks despite emailing twice. I then sent a third email to pull out, and surprisingly, they contacted me in 5 minutes saying they'd find a location based on Openreach work, which might take a few more weeks. After 8 weeks, the interviewer ghosted me.
- Can you describe your previous experience in relation to the requirements of this position?
