The interview process started off normally with questions about my past market research experience, which wasn't too difficult. However, it was followed by two more interviews with three different people. One interviewer was quite condescending. In one of the interviews, the manager was 25 minutes late, which felt strange, maybe a tactic to apply pressure. After that, there was a case study. It wasn't too bad, but mistakes were costly and they'd let you know on a Saturday. Following all this, even when you email them, they don't reply, citing a heavy workload.

This was one of the worst interview processes I've ever gone through. The first round with the recruiter was great. The second round, which was a video interview, they rescheduled a few times but it wasn't a big deal. The interviewer was late and didn't turn their camera on. They did most of the talking and didn't ask many questions about my experience. For what would have been round 3, the coordination was handed off to someone new. They initially rescheduled me with the same interviewer from round 2, but I corrected them and it was rescheduled again. After that, I received an email with internal documents meant for current employees, which was surprising given the coordinator's 'Manager' title. I let them know, and they retracted the email. I was ready for my round 3 interview, but never got the link and was ghosted after two follow-up emails. I'd avoid this company because they're a mess and don't seem to care about candidates.

It was a two-stage interview process. The first was a 30-min online chat with a Circana recruiter who's based abroad. They asked basic questions like 'what do we do here at Circana' and 'tell me about yourself,' then spent the rest of the time giving more info about Circana and the role. You could ask questions at the end. The second interview was a 1-hour online one with local team members and seniors. It wasn't too tough either; they wanted to hear more about me and my past work. They also showed me a chart and asked what I thought was significant about it. Both interviews were pretty behavioural and the interviewers were super nice throughout.

I applied for the Security Engineer role at Circana and got confirmation that my application was reviewed, which I appreciated. However, the interview process was very frustrating and I would not recommend it. A few days later, I received an invitation to screen with the recruiter, but they never reached out at the scheduled time. I followed up and was told their meeting ran over, so I requested to reschedule. After rescheduling, the recruiter made no attempt to contact me and did not respond to my follow-up. Several weeks later, I was informed they were moving forward with other candidates. I disliked the runaround and being ignored.
