went through a lot of interviews: hr, manager, another manager, technical, product, designer. everything was smooth at first, always getting feedback within a few days. but then it turned into a frustrating mess. i went through all the steps, nailed every interview, and suddenly… silence. two weeks with zero updates. after six interviews, they sent me a generic email like nothing happened. super disrespectful. DONT WAST YOUR TIME.

The interview process was really smooth and I met with experienced and well-versed engineers. All the interviews were calm and encouraging, making sure I felt comfortable. They tested my knowledge deeply! The recruiter was very supportive and followed up without delays.

I spent a lot of time on several interviews, and also a coding test. I had to change my schedule because I was told I'd be meeting with 3 team members for an hour each. I sent my availability hoping to block out a large chunk of my day for these interviews, but then I didn't hear back for ages. Eventually, I got a generic, templated rejection saying they'd hired someone else. It would have been helpful to know sooner that I wasn't moving forward so I could have focused on other opportunities that were actually interested in me.
