First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cinsay.
Technical Writer
It was a pretty thorough interview process, although everyone was nice. I had to talk to five different managers individually. Each one asked me questions about how creating learning materials would affect their specific teams. They also wanted to know if I had the expertise they thought was needed for their areas. Interestingly, some of the people I interviewed with, I ended up hardly working with at all.
- Have you written learning content that included visual aids before?
Specialist
The interview process varies across departments. Interviewers may lack formal training and might not ask relevant questions, with decisions often based on personal like or dislike.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What motivated your interest in this position?
- What do you consider your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
Customer Service Vice President
I met with a number of the senior folks for a good chunk of the day. Some of the chats were quick, others were really long. It felt a bit disorganized, you know? The schedule kept needing to be changed around.
- Are you able to act fast and be independent in your work?
Intern
The whole thing went by pretty fast, took like a week to wrap up. My interviewer was kinda swamped and didn't really prep questions, but he made it chill.
