First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cinnaholic.
Field Marketing Manager
The interview process was a mix of in-person and remote, and it moved pretty fast, which was great. The people interviewing were nice and willing to talk about the benefits package. I didn't end up taking the job, but I liked the experience.
- What are some marketing ideas for franchises?
Cashier
The interview started strangely with one person not wearing a mask and the other one doing so. After I answered the first question about a goal I'd set, they started asking a lot of personal questions. Things really went downhill, and I decided to leave when they said, 'You seem like the type to spit in someone's face because they were mean to you'.
- Can you share an example of a goal you have set?
- Describe a situation where you were unkind to another person.
Creative Director
The interview process felt pretty laid-back, more like a chat about my previous experience in the food industry. I was asked to create an ad using product photos, and we talked about the ad I submitted.
- Have you ever worked directly with franchisees?
- Describe your experience working with franchisees.
Front of House
They just asked me some basic questions, like what I'm up to now and why I'm interested in working at this place. They also inquired about my previous experience in this line of work and how many hours I'd prefer to work.
- How many hours are you looking to work?
