it was easy, most questions were about my past roles and availability. It was an average level, friendly, and not too difficult. I didn't get the job because I had no experience in the food industry. Fluency in Kannada is a must.

I responded to an ad for a seasonal job and got a reply pretty fast, like less than a day later. The interview was set for two days after that. They got back to me about a day after the interview to say they'd already hired someone. It was a good experience though. The manager was super nice about everything and just seemed like a genuinely good person. I was a bit nervous at first, but we started chatting and I felt more relaxed. The questions were pretty standard. He asked for five things I'd change about myself, instead of weaknesses. Since I didn't have professional baking experience, he asked if I baked at home. About half the questions were about hypothetical scenarios, like how to handle a mad customer, or what to do if ingredients were expired or nearing expiration. Definitely practice those kinds of answers beforehand.

I dropped off my resume in person, let them know when I could work, and they emailed me the next day to schedule an interview. When I got there, it wasn't really an interview, they just asked me about my experience and then I did the job offer paperwork.
