Customer Service Associate
The interview process with Cinder for the temporary position at Simple Finance was quite relaxed. The interviewer was calm and professional, though at times it felt a bit informal.
- What questions would you ask a friend looking for a new place to live?
Software Engineer
I had a couple of phone interviews directly with the client who would have been my direct user. They asked questions directly related to the job's skill requirements, specifically C++, Qt, and Linux. The interview had two rounds, and both were conducted over the phone because I was abroad at the time. One of the calls even happened while I was at the airport. It was pretty laid back, but the questions were good and clear.
- What is the processing order for signals in Qt?
SharePoint Administrator
The hiring process starts with submitting an application through Jobvite. After that, a recruiter from the company reaches out for a phone screen. The main goal of this call is to go over the job details and talk about salary expectations. However, in my case, the salary offered didn't align with what I was looking for. It turned out the job title was a bit misleading, as the compensation was more suited for an administrative assistant role.

QA Engineer
Got contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, and we set up a screening interview. After passing that, I went on to a technical interview, but unfortunately, I didn't pass that one.
