We had a panel interview and they asked each person the same questions to make sure everything was consistent. They started with some talk about why we were there, but then continued normally with the questions, and the interviewers switched out.

Presentation

The interview process was great, if a little slow. I expect that much from a governmental organization, they can only move so fast. The process involved a presentation I put together and a lot of work on my end. I felt great about how I did, but I never heard back from them, even after multiple follow-up emails. Disappointed that they couldn't even email me just to keep me in the know after I had gotten my hopes up about a potential new job.

The hiring process involved several interviews, and there was a considerable amount of time between the final interview and receiving the offer. Overall, the process wasn't too demanding. The team was helpful with providing information when asked and assisted with rescheduling when needed.
