First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cincinnati Eye Institute.
Ophthalmic Technician
First, they gave me a call to set up a time. Once I got there, they led me into an office. We talked about me and why I wanted to work there. They hit me with a few questions. Then they laid out what the job was all about. After that, I followed someone around for about 15 minutes to see what they did, and then we wrapped up the interview. They said they'd let me know and sure enough, I heard back!
