I was welcomed by the HR team and then led to a room where my potential manager and his team were. We had a really nice and engaging chat about the work that goes on at the site. After our conversation, they showed me around the facility.

The interview process was great! I met with two engineers who work at the plant. They asked typical questions about my past experience, my reasons for wanting to work at CI, and my specific interest in 3D modeling. After the interview, they gave me a tour of the facility, explaining the different machines. I got a call back shortly after.

Had a recruiter screen first. Then a phone chat with my direct manager. They flew me to Ohio for more in-person interviews with the general service manager, HR director, and some other service managers. The vibe was really friendly and they were professional. Got back to me fast, within a few days.

About a month after applying, I had a first phone interview with HR. It was a very general interview, covering topics like salary expectations, my location, company history, and an overview of my resume. I was informed that the engineering team would review my profile and get back to me. About a week later, I was notified that they would be pursuing more qualified candidates. I suspect my salary expectations might have been too high.
