The interview process was great, very friendly, and not hard. It just involved the usual standard questions about customer service.

The interview process started with a one-on-one meeting with a call center Supervisor where my resume was reviewed and general interview questions were asked. Following that, I participated in a group interview with other candidates for the same position. This part of the process was designed to be fun and engaging, with over 40 people competing for 22 jobs. We were placed in a room and involved in team-building activities and individual tasks, all while management observed our communication skills, clarity, enthusiasm, social abilities, and how well we interacted with others. The final step was an offer extended by the HR Manager via phone, contingent upon passing a remote computer skills test.

So you go in for your first interview, they look over your resume and all that stuff. Then they give you a paper for a skills test, to come back another time for it. This test has math, reading, graph/chart, and writing skills, and it's not easy! Then you have to come back for 3 days for training before you're hired. Honestly, spreading that over 3 days seemed unnecessary and made me feel like they didn't value my time from the start. It could have easily been done in one day. After that, they give you a few days to let you know if you got the job. They explicitly said they would call, but they only call if you're hired. I got a letter saying I wasn't. I guess that's their way to avoid answering questions. It felt like a waste of my time since I'm really qualified with almost 15 years in customer service, 5 in management, and 3 in a big call center. I have a great work history and did well in the interviews. A woman I met during the hiring process, who I'd worked with before, had maybe a year of experience and she got hired even though she didn't do well in the group part. I don't get how she got the job and I didn't.
