My interview process with Cin7 was good. Jessica, the recruiter, was super easy to work with, always keeping me in the loop and being really open about everything. The interviews were pretty straightforward. I got to chat with two people from the customer success team, the Director and the Global Customer Success Manager. Both chats were cool and felt pretty relaxed, and they asked me stuff about my background and what I've done.

The whole thing took about a month. Started with a quick phone call, then they sent over a test for aptitude and personality. After that, I had virtual chats with the team manager, some higher-ups, and a few team members. Finally, they called me with an offer. The interviews focused on my past work experience, why I wanted this job at Cin7, and how I handle communication and tough problems. They were really good at keeping me in the loop and were super friendly and welcoming during the interviews, even though they were focused. I felt encouraged to ask questions, and they always let me know what to expect next, and they were right on time.

We first sat in a room with the other interviewees. We were given sheets with questions to complete that were specifically relating to the role (customer support). The interview then moved on to an open format group interview where questions like "what do you think of the current education system, does it need reform" and "what do you think of automation, is it a threat to us" were asked. The last part of the interview was a 1 on 1 interview with a member of the team.
