Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cinépolis.
Intern
The process was easy, no bureaucracy, fast, and had few competitors. The company is organized and competent, I recommend it to everyone. Then there was an interview with HR, which assessed your qualities and defects and your abilities in activities under pressure.
- Tell me about yourself by writing an essay.
Jovem Aprendiz
First, there's a group interview where they explain the job, ask questions to get to know you and your availability, and then it goes to the unit manager, who makes the final choice.
- What is your availability?
- Do you have questions about transportation?
Intern
I sent an email applying for the position and they quickly responded and scheduled the interview. When I got to the cinema, they gave me a test in Portuguese, math, and writing. After the test, there was a short interview where they asked me about myself. The whole thing was very fast. Then, the HR response and starting the internship took almost 3 months. I had already forgotten about the internship.
- Could you tell me some basic information about yourself?
- What about your undergraduate course?
- And your professional experience?
