The interview process was really straightforward. They didn't ask me much, and I ended up asking most of the questions. I'm not sure how I found the posting, but it was on a random website. I didn't expect much, but I ended up having two rounds of calls and then I was good to go.

I applied and got an email the next day to schedule a phone screen. I used a calendar link from the recruiter's email and got a confirmation. The recruiter was supposed to call me at the scheduled time, but after 8 minutes, I hadn't received a call, so I called her. I got her voicemail and left a message. It's been over 24 hours, and I still haven't heard back. This whole process was really unprofessional and dysfunctional. I took time off work for this, and it was a waste of time. I don't recommend interviewing with this company.

It was a pretty straightforward interview process. I spoke with both Cimarron (the staffing company) and the customer's managers. First, I had a phone screen with Cimarron HR to see if we were a good fit for each other and the role. Then, I had a second interview with the Cimarron Project Manager and the customer's Supervisor and Manager. Since my background lined up really well with what they were looking for, both interviews were quick and to the point, asking specific questions about my experience.

The interview process for this role was quite streamlined. It involved some questions about my experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, specifically jQuery. They also asked about my general programming background, database schemas, Microsoft SharePoint, and ASP.NET MVC. The application required at least three recommendations and a resume. I had one interview with three management personnel, and the rest of the process was handled by HR. The whole thing was very quick, and I started working shortly after the interview.
