First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cigna Healthcare.
Business Analyst
It was an easy interview, felt like a typical business analyst's day-to-day tasks. Focused on problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. There was just one interview round. The hiring manager was really respectable and had a great sense of humor. It was fun.
- How would you manage several issues at once?
Intern
The interview was quite thorough. The interviewer asked me why I was interested in the role and if I was a good fit. I feel like I didn't answer well, and she picked up on it, asking if I was sure about my answers. It was nice that they still conducted a proper interview, even though it was for an internship.

- Explain why you believe you are a suitable candidate for this opportunity.
Software Engineer
The interview process involved a basic initial chat, questions about my resume, and then moved into technical areas with API related questions, architecture related questions, and questions about my past projects. This part was repeated a few times.
- Could you tell me about your resume?
- Do you have experience with API-related questions?
- Are you able to discuss architecture-related questions?
Engagement Specialist
The interview process was quick and straightforward. I had a sit-down meeting with two managers that lasted about an hour. They asked me a series of behavioral questions. After that, I got a call from HR with an offer within an hour.
