We started with a written test where I had to solve 2 Java questions. Then there were two technical rounds. The first one involved solving problems related to strings and arrays. The second technical round focused on Java, covering basic to average level questions, and also problem-solving. Finally, there was an HR round with two interviewers.

It was a really friendly and supportive interview. They didn't mind if I repeated questions, which is nice, and it felt more relaxed and open for discussion than most interviews. They seemed really enthusiastic about their work, listened well, and let me explore my answers. I felt it was one of the best interviews I've ever had. Even though I have a slight learning/communication difficulty that sometimes makes it hard for me to respond well, the panel here really helped me to do that.

HR reached out to me on Linkedin and we had an initial call, followed by some emails. The first call was about my current role and past experiences. After they reviewed my resume, we had a second call to discuss the job requirements and how my skills align. The third round involved an in-person meeting at the office for discussions with the team and the manager.
