Behavioral Technical

Great interview process overall. HR was super helpful in guiding me through everything. Had a bunch of interviews, mostly phone calls but two in person, and then I got the offer. They really dug into my knowledge of the market and tech. Since they needed someone senior, prior experience was a must. It's also good if you know people inside the company.

Technical Presentation

So they called me, then it was one on one, then two on two, and then a panel. They asked questions and presented an RFP to send to a select number of RFI responders. Anything you included in your RFI could be used in the RFP, which gives competitors a chance to see information you shared, your processes, and any advantages you have. So you might want to save your key differentiators for the RFP instead of sharing them too early.

  • Can you explain the OSI model?
  • What do you know about CLI?
  • Tell me about Linux.
