So basically the interview had an online assessment first with some MCQs, then if you were shortlisted, there was a pen and paper test where you had to solve 3 classic DSA problems. After that, there were like 2-4 technical interviews, and finally an HR round.
- Can you divide a large, size-unknown array into two equal halves by splitting it in the middle, with an optimization better than O(n), possibly using a Java built-in method, function, or data structure?

HR reached out about my application and we confirmed all the details on my resume. My resume was then sent for the technical interview and they scheduled a phone interview with the team manager. During the technical phone interview, we went over my resume, asked about the company's history, my past experience, and discussed the position description and benefits.

Co-Op Student
They started by introducing their teams and the work they were doing. Then, I had to choose between four different teams. After that, I was asked questions about my past projects and my role in them, to see how I communicate. The interview was about 20 minutes long.
- Can you list the three C++ projects you've worked on?
- Tell me about your specific contributions and responsibilities in those projects to demonstrate your communication skills.
