The first interview was a low-key chat with HR. After that, there were two more interviews, one with the department manager and another with the department director. The director's interview was pretty in-depth, asking about how I'd handle different situations and some standard interview questions. The last interview was with someone who used to do this job, and it was mostly about personality fit.

The interview process was quite formal and well-organized, but it felt a bit drawn out, taking about three months for all the interviews and tests. I've applied to this company before and didn't hear back, so I wish HR would at least send a quick email to candidates who aren't a good fit or are otherwise ineligible.
