Behavioral Technical Presentation

The process was simple and direct, without much fuss. It was a pleasant experience. We chatted about my previous experience, my profile, and personal life. They checked if I knew the system they use. For some cases, there's a written test of general and area-specific knowledge, and a case presentation for more technical roles.

Behavioral

After the first interview, there's no feedback. They don't respond to calls or messages. It's a bit contrasting because the culture seems top-notch, but I wouldn't say it's a bad company. It's just an area for improvement.
