We start with submitting your CV. Then, there's an initial HR discussion. After that, you'll meet the agency director for an in-person interview. You'll need to present yourself and talk about why you're interested in this field. CVs are quite important for internships. The reception staff can also give feedback if you build a good, trustworthy relationship right from your initial presentation at reception.

Had two interviews over Visio conference with C-level execs and HR. Each was about thirty minutes. No specific questions were asked, it was more about me presenting my experience and explaining my latest project in Singapore from a few years back.

It was an in-person interview with two managers. We talked for an hour about sales abilities, sales techniques, and past successes and failures. The interview took place directly on the sales floor in a private booth. The atmosphere was serious, even a bit stressful.

Technical Behavioral Presentation
First, there was a written test with two questions: one was to write a short essay and the other was to write an invitation letter, and this took 30 minutes. Then, I had an interview with the manager, assistant manager, and HR, which lasted 30 minutes. It started with an English self-introduction, and then all other questions were in Chinese.
