So I interviewed for a role at CI Group, and it was all handled by the recruiter because the hiring team was too busy to meet. They told me they'd check out the recorded interview and let me know in a few days. But then it was over four weeks later, barely any communication or updates, and the recruiter finally told me they weren't even doing the role anymore. It felt so disorganized and impersonal, really frustrating, with no real end to it. I wouldn't suggest this company.

Their HR rep emailed me to set up a phone interview, which we had a week later. Then, they emailed me four questions to answer and send back. I was contacted a week later to set up an in-person interview which included an excel test and a proofreading test.

I applied online and got a quick screening call about a week after. Then I had two in-person interviews. They actually gave me a job offer on the evening of the second interview! I had to do this 'sketch test' where they gave me a prompt for a package design and I had to brainstorm some ideas. It was to see if I could think creatively. Everyone was really nice and I felt like they cared a lot about team fit and company culture.

Behavioral Technical

I had two interviews with two different employees. They said I would have another interview with a final employee, but that never happened. The recruiter kept saying they were in a holding pattern. I reached out directly to one of the employees I felt I had a good connection with during the interview, but got no response. They have new job postings. I'm not sure why they left me hanging with no explanation.
