So the interview was pretty standard, it was online. The person interviewing me was nice and just got right into the technical part. They had a list of questions and asked me a bunch of technical stuff, mostly about basic software engineering ideas, data structures, and how to solve algorithm problems. It felt like a normal interview for a software engineer job, not too hard.

The interview process is just one single round where you’ll get a complete picture of the team and company culture. In this session, you'll meet with important team members and possibly people from other departments to talk about your skills, experience, and how you handle different work scenarios. This one-round interview shows off the company’s values, work environment, and team dynamics, giving you a good feel for the culture. You get to see how the team works together, talks, and supports each other. This in-depth approach lets you experience the company culture firsthand and see what makes it a special and nice place to work.

I worked on recruiting over 500 computer software consultants by teaming up with universities, alumni networks, and job sites like Dice, Indeed, and Glassdoor. This led to more than 200 successful hires. I handled everything from start to finish for recruitment, which included designing roles, figuring out how to find candidates, talking to them, screening them, and setting up interviews.

The interview started with a behavioral question that the interviewer just copy-pasted into the Zoom chat without any explanation. Then there was one coding question, a mid-level LeetCode problem. The interviewer was very rigid and only wanted a specific solution, interrupting if you suggested anything else, making the atmosphere awful. Only 2 minutes were left for candidate questions at the end. The interviewer seemed very indifferent. This was the worst interview experience, felt disrespectful. The whole thing took about 40-50 minutes.
