The interview process started with HR, then the primary manager, followed by his manager and an engineer. We were tested off-site by a third party to gauge our skill level. It took over 90 days from applying to get the interview invitation. The interviews themselves were spread over two days, with two interviews each day. After the interview process, we were invited for a skills test. An offer was extended a few days after the skills test, but the test results were never shared.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • The primary concern was adaptability to off-shift work for the role applied for.
  • The engineer talked about job-related experience.

The interviewer was pretty relaxed and went over my resume, asking questions based on it. They then explained the job and what it involves. They're looking for someone really energetic, which I guess wasn't me, but also someone who knows basic wet chemistry techniques.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you share an instance where you had to overcome challenges in a lab setting?
  • Do you have experience with fundamental wet chemistry procedures?
