I had an interview with 2 supply chain managers. It was a typical straightforward interview where they asked questions back and forth and also shared some of their experiences. All you really need to do is know the company and why you want to work there, and what experience or skills you have that would be useful.

Got referred by a recruiter. First, I had a Teams interview with two nice people who asked general and competency questions. Then, I was told I passed and invited for a face-to-face interview with two different people. The interviewer had my CV and a note saying I lacked direct experience but had the right skills. This interview had similar competency questions and an Excel test. They said they'd be in touch by the end of the week. Three weeks later, I heard back that I wasn't successful due to lack of direct experience, which felt like a waste of time given their prior note, and the process seemed long and disorganized.

The process started with a basic phone screen from HR, followed by a Hirevue digital interview, and then an in-person interview with the managers, with each manager interview lasting 45 minutes. Overall, it was an okay process, and the questions weren't too difficult.
