It was a 40-minute interview where they asked different questions to gauge my knowledge of the role and my personality. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Two interviewers were present, each asking their own unique questions.
- How do you stay current in the field of microbiology?
Senior Scientist
I had a recruiter call, then a video screen, and then on the day of the interview, I had one-on-one meetings with 4 people, including the hiring manager. The process was pretty straightforward. I was given a schedule for the interview day. The interviewers were punctual and friendly. They allowed me to ask them questions.
- Can you describe yourself using a single word?
Chemist
