Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Church & Dwight.
Product Manager
So the interview process was like four rounds total. First, there was a quick phone call with HR, then a one-hour Zoom panel thing with the department managers. After that, I had to do an in-person case study, it was about a packaging brief. The last step was another HR interview to check if I'd fit in with the company culture.
- What is your knowledge of Church and Dwight?
Product Manager
I sent in my application online and heard back about two weeks later. First, I had a virtual interview with HR, which went pretty well. Then, I had a second interview with the hiring manager. They were nice and really knew their stuff. My past work wasn't exactly what this role requires, but I was glad to learn more and get the chance to interview.
- What makes you a good fit for this position?
Associate Product Manager
Had a first round with a Product Manager, which was mostly behavioral and about past experience. Then there were 5 interviews in person with different team members. These were more about background and experience.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
- What are your thoughts on our product line?
- How would you approach advertising our products?
