It was a great conversation with great people. I think there were 4 rounds of remote interviews with the hiring manager and the cross-functional team. They decided to wait to fill a role.

Applied online. Spoke with HR over the phone. Then had a Zoom call with the Regional Manager, followed by an in-person meeting with the same Regional Manager. Had to make a PowerPoint presentation outlining a business plan to improve the business at this location that's losing money. Then, a Zoom interview with the Director of People and a company VP (only one of them was on camera). Took over 3 weeks. Total waste of my time. Too many interviews with too many different people (4). The Regional Manager loved me, so that should have been the final interview.

It was super easy, but they wanted to pay way less than what the job entailed with all the responsibility and travel required. They weren't looking for a mid-senior person, but someone fresh out of college who wanted to hit the road constantly and hustle.

The interview process went really fast. Everyone I talked to was super nice and got back to me quickly. They all seemed happy with their jobs and the company. They answered everything I asked and even gave me time to think about the offer.
