The interview process was really warm and comprehensive. The interviewer was receptive to different ways I might approach client situations and valued my input. I liked that the company's interview policy lets you respond to potential therapy scenarios, which was a plus.

I had a great interview experience for the Therapist position. My interviewer was a nice person and it was more of a laid back type interview. I wasn’t asked a lot of questions and had a chance to meet some of the other staff that work there. The interviewer was very transparent and upfront about the requirements of the job and what she was looking for in the right candidate which I really appreciate. The interviewer answered all my questions in detail and gave me a good idea of what this job entailed. Afterwards she had me complete a written interview which consisted of case vignettes and questions regarding those vignettes. All in all I think it was a great interview and I really enjoyed myself there too.

I worked at Chrysalis for over 3 years and left on great terms, giving my 2 week notice and getting positive recommendations from my Supervisor and Director. When I looked to return to a Case Management position, I saw Chrysalis had a Wesley Chapel CM role. I applied and was called immediately. The hiring specialist remembered me, confirmed I was eligible for rehire and was trying to schedule the next round of interviews. I was excited, and being a state Certified CM, I thought this would be good for both of us. A day later, I was told the position was filled and they were sorry. It felt weird, and I took it personally. I thought they valued loyalty and my years with them, but things change. I'm glad it didn't work out though; everything happens for a reason, and I'm happy where I ended up. You shouldn't go backwards in life.
