First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Chronus.
Solution Consultant
I applied online and got an invite for a 30-minute recruiter call. It was a high-level chat where they asked about my background and basic knowledge of Solutions processes. The recruiter mentioned I'd meet the CEO, VP of Sales, and VP of Product next, but I never heard back or got those meeting invites. It's a shame, really, considering their mission about equity and empathy.
- Can you explain the sales process?
Product Manager
The interview process included a descriptive session with questions covering various products, case studies, product mock-ups, a UX review, and personal inquiries. It consisted of three stages: an initial meeting with the hiring manager, followed by subsequent rounds, and concluding with a final HR discussion.
- What are your strategies for achieving a tenfold increase in engagement on LinkedIn?
Customer Success Manager
The recruiter I first spoke with was really nice and helpful. They told me about the company and the hiring process. When I interviewed with the hiring manager, I was surprised they showed up to our video call in pajamas. Considering how candidates are judged on small things, it felt unprofessional that both parties seemed to disregard proper interview attire. The interview itself went as expected, but it felt like my time was an inconvenience to them.

Software Engineer
I was interviewed for SDE-II role at Chronus LLC in September 2020. The whole process took 3 days and had 3 rounds. The HR and interviewers were nice and made sure I had a good experience. I really liked that the questions tested my problem-solving and logical thinking, not just specific technologies. I had to write algorithms in any language I wanted and answer logical problems to show I could learn fast. The hiring team also made sure I was placed on a team that fit my preferences and that I would enjoy the work.
