I was contacted by a recruiter about this job and had three in-person interviews. It was super casual, some people I met didn't even know why I was there or what role I applied for. I guess it's a startup thing. For the third interview, nobody had specific questions, I think I was just supposed to meet more people, but they ended up just bringing staff over to me. It was weird, one person told me they have no structure and make decisions randomly. They made an offer but didn't mention salary or benefits, even though I agreed on salary with the recruiter. When I asked the agency to follow up with ChromaDex HR, they didn't respond for a week. Then they said they were freezing hiring and rescinded the offer. It was unprofessional and rude.

I was contacted by an HR person to set up and do an initial phone interview. The interviewer seemed very hurried, and stated they only had 10 minutes to speak with me. The interviewer seemed to have no interest in learning about me, and the 10 minute time constraint was insulting.
