Applied online and did a personality test (though that's stopped now). Got a callback from a manager within a week. The team I'd be working with set up the interview. Got scheduled for a drug test. Had an HR interview where we talked salary and bonus. The initial offer was based on years of experience. We negotiated based on specific strengths and skills they needed at the time. Then, I was scheduled for a standard orientation that took up most of two weeks. The whole thing, from applying to my first day, took about a month.
