The whole process, from applying to getting interviews and the HR call, wrapped up in under 3 weeks. The people involved were informed and the HR follow-up was great. Having a reference definitely helps boost your chances of hearing back to start.

I went through 3 interviews over 5 weeks. I interviewed with different levels of management. The interview setups seemed a bit unorganized; one time I showed up and had to be rescheduled for 2 days later.

The interviewer was late for the interview. They started by talking about the Health System and then moved on to my qualifications. I think the interview went well and it ended with the interviewer asking if I could easily make it back for a second interview. I followed up with a thank you letter and email, and several phone calls that weren't returned. Eventually, I had to send an email calling out his professionalism just to get him to respond.
