I was sent a link to schedule a phone screen. I scheduled it, but then no one called. I tried calling their office and emailing them. We rescheduled, but that was also cancelled because they said the position was on hold. They mentioned I'd still be considered. A week later, I got an email saying the position was filled.

I first talked to HR, which was pretty standard. Then, the hiring manager called me in the morning. They asked me to come back that same afternoon and have work samples ready, which was tough given the short notice. They said I'd hear back by the end of the week, no matter what. I didn't, so I followed up with an email, but still no word.
