It was an automated interview, with questions shown on screen. You have a short time before recording starts. There's a picture question at the end where you have a limited time to write as much as you know about it. Mine was a Lowrie, an image of an item Christie's sold recently.

After submitting written answers to some questions, you get invited to an interview. The interview wasn't great as there was no real connection, it was an online hireview. The questions were the same as last year, so they didn't really update the process. Then there's a written question about an artwork (Lowry this year) with not much time to answer if you type slowly. Finally, two memory games, one with shapes and one with number patterns.

Confirmed questions8 questions
  • Introduce yourself.
  • Tell me about a situation where you had to quickly manage tasks with an upcoming presentation or deadline.
  • Can you provide an instance where you developed a positive relationship to improve an outcome or resolve an issue?

So first, they show a quick video, and then you get to practice with some testing questions as much as you want to make sure you're ready. After that, they present you with questions via short videos. You get 30 seconds to prep and 3 minutes to answer, but you can stop answering early if you want. There are totally 4 questions like this. The fifth question involved writing. They showed me a painting by Picasso that Sotheby's sold about ten years ago, showing a woman in front of a window. They asked me to list at least three things that made the artwork interesting to me. I felt like 5 minutes was way too short, and I couldn't really finish anything. Then, there was another short thank you video.
