After reviewing my resume, I had to complete a Hireview, which is a recorded video interview. Then I had a zoom call with someone from the hiring department. It's pretty tough to get hired here, with less than a 2% acceptance rate, so having connections really helps.

After a CV screening, there was an online HR interview where they spoke English, Chinese, and Cantonese. This was followed by a physical panel head interview. An offer was extended afterward. HR handles department assignment. Both interviews were about 30 minutes.

I applied for an intern position at Christie's. After applying, I had to wait a long time with no updates for weeks. The process involved a one-way video interview, some writing tasks, and gamified assessments to test problem-solving and cognitive abilities. It felt very impersonal because I couldn't talk to anyone or ask questions. I was rejected after finishing all the assessments, and didn't get any feedback. It would have been good to get some constructive feedback, especially after spending time on it. Even though Christie's is a great company, the lack of communication and feedback was a bit discouraging.
