Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Christie's.
Gallery Assistant
We had an assessment day with about 30 other people. We were put into different scenarios and judged on how we did. At the end, they pulled us out for a quick 5-minute interview or chat.
- How does your background fit with this job?
Gallery Assistant
It was a full assessment day with multiple tasks, including discussions, a written task, and an interview. Candidates were split into groups for each task. The process was very organized, and the staff were professional.
- What makes you want to work at Christie's?
Gallery Assistant
It was a video interview with several questions, each question had a 3 minute time limit. Scheduling the interview was very flexible, you can take breaks in between questions. However, for me it lacked the human aspect of the interview, which is a common problem with video recorded interviews.
- What constitutes an ideal customer service experience?
