You'll have a few rounds of meetings with the team and managers. Then there's a follow-up written test to work on. It's okay as long as you have relevant experience for luxury goods.

Behavioral

I applied online through Christie’s Workday system and heard back pretty quickly about doing a virtual interview. It involved recording my answers to three questions, with a minute to prep each one. I’m not saying I hated it, but recording myself felt more nerve-wracking than talking live on Zoom or in person. It’s tougher to sound natural when you’re talking to a recording, and I generally prefer a more traditional interview. It’s been over three weeks since I applied, and I finished the recording two weeks ago, but still haven’t heard anything. They didn’t give me any HR contact info or a timeline for a decision, so I’m just hoping to get some news either way.

Behavioral Case Presentation

So the interview for this role has three stages in total. First, you'll talk to the hiring manager from HR. Then, you'll have a session with two supervisors. Finally, the department head will interview you. Besides the usual questions, they'll also throw in some real-life scenarios and a quick written task.
