First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Christie Lites.
Sales Assistant
The interview process involved 2 rounds of screening with a recruiter and then a third round with HR at Christie. They ended up stopping hiring for the position after the third interview because they didn't have the budget to hire someone new.
- Can you tell me about your experience managing external vendors?
Rigger
I would describe the interview process as a very comfortable and concise one. The Manager was very personable.
- What is your availability?
- Tell me about your experience.
Employee Engagement Coordinator
I started with a quick 15-20 minute call with the recruiter. After a week of silence, I followed up and got scheduled for a chat with the CHRO. The CHRO was late, took a call during our meeting, and said some things that seemed like red flags. A few days later, I had a third interview with the rest of the HR team. During that one, only one of the two women asked questions, and she kept cutting me off. Two days after that, I got an email saying the job was filled, which felt pretty impersonal after three interviews.
- Can you tell me your top three strengths?
Executive Assistant
I was emailed to set up a phone interview, which was about 15 minutes long. They asked basic questions. I didn't get a chance to ask any questions because the interviewer seemed rushed. I was supposed to hear back a few days after finishing the online assessment. The assessment was standard, but I never got a response even after following up. It was very unprofessional and explains the negative reviews.
- Could you please tell me about yourself and your relevant experience?
