First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Chosen Foods.
Financial Analyst
Had 3 to 4 interviews. It began with HR, and then I had a phone call with them. After that, I went in person to meet with HR, and then I met the manager. I didn't make it to the last interview, which would have been with the manager and HR.
- What salary are you targeting?
Analyst
The interview was an hour-long one-on-one. It took place in a small conference room in what seemed like the building's basement. The HR interviewer was well-prepared, with notes and highlights on the resume, and clearly aimed to make the candidate feel comfortable.
- What are your friends' descriptions of you?
Event Brand Manager
The interview process was great, everyone was kind and asked really thoughtful questions that were unique from other employers. It felt like they were making an effort to get to know me. However, there were about 4-5 interviews over a week and a half, which was a bit overwhelming.
- What gets you up and motivated in the morning?
Marketing
The interview process included an initial phone screening, followed by interviews with both direct managers and leadership. It was a pretty standard interview process. The company culture felt really welcoming, which was nice as a candidate.
- What makes you the top choice for this position?
