Customer Success Specialist
The hiring process started with an online test interview that automatically led to a phone screen. It was a bit unusual to not have a resume screen before scheduling, but it worked out fine. I then had an interview with the person who would be managing the role, who said they'd be responsible for it. This interview was recorded and shared with the hiring manager for the next step, which was an assignment. The assignment wasn't overly difficult but did take some time. After submitting it, I got a quick response saying I'd hear back early the following week. However, I never heard back at all. I sent three emails over the course of a month to check in and try to schedule or get a response, but I never received any replies.

Customer Support
So, this was one of the most unprofessional interview experiences I've ever had. The recruiter was supposed to call me for the initial screen, but they completely no-showed. I had to be the one to email them to ask if we were still on. They eventually replied, saying something came up and they were sorry they missed it, and asked to reschedule. But, they didn't send a Calendly link or suggest any times. I sent my availability and asked them to confirm a time or resend the link because the old one had expired. No response. So, I had to email them AGAIN to try and schedule the phone interview. The call itself went fine, and they said they wanted to set me up with the manager and would be in touch to schedule. I never heard back. I emailed them 3 separate times to check in, see if we could schedule or just get an update on whether they were still interested, and still, nothing. It's not just unprofessional to no-show and ignore emails, it's basic common courtesy.

Customer Success Manager
Making a career or company change is nerve wracking, and stressful, but Nick makes anyone he works with feel so at ease! He has the ability to make anyone going through the process feel so comfortable and listened to; he's extremely patient and takes the time to answer every single question you may have (even the really tiny and specific ones!), and if he doesn't know the answer, will connect you with the person who does! He will never "ghost" you on a conversation, and makes sure to check in after every interview to make sure you feel comfortable and confident with any deliverables or follow up. He gives actionable and constructive feedback, and ensures you're as prepared as possible going into every step of the hiring process. The interview process was simple, and moved quickly -- about 3.5 weeks total from initial interview to receipt of offer. Stages: Phone screen with recruiter, Interview with team manager (Head of Success), Individual interviews with team members (Enterprise CSM, Corporate CSM, and sales team member), Panel presentation with Head of Success, Enterprise CSM, Corporate CSM or other team member
- Can you explain how you'd present platform data to a client to drive action, perhaps with a specific use case in mind?
Sales Operations Manager
The interview process was straightforward - intro call, video call, and in-person interviews with the VP of Sales and Head of CS. The most memorable part of the interview process was the people I encountered. The VP of Sales, Head of CS, and recruiter radiated good vibes and great energy! It was probably the most fun I've had while interviewing for a company. In addition to their great personalities, you can immediately tell they are subject experts in their fields. I'm certain Chorus will have success with that type of leadership in place.
- Can you tell me about your experience implementing and integrating Sales & Marketing systems?
