I had a phone interview where we talked about the company's mission and values. We also discussed their note-taking style and two pay options. They offered me the job on the spot, but things have been moving a bit slowly since then.

Super easy and fast hiring process. They responded quickly to my resume from indeed. A phone interview was set up, and then a sit down interview was arranged. There was very little time between each step. They asked standard interview questions in a relaxed conversation.
