It was an easy process with simple questions and the staff were comfortable to talk to. Everyone asked interesting questions and explained the role in detail, which gave me a clear understanding of what I would be doing. They also answered all of my questions.

The interview process was pretty fast and straightforward. I got an email to schedule an initial phone screening. The phone screening was three days later and moved swiftly and seamlessly. I was asked my availability for a video interview on the call. The video interview was the next week. It went well, but I'm glad I was prepared because the questions were thoughtful all around. The day of the video interview I was asked to submit a writing prompt of just a couple paragraphs in length. Early the next morning after the video interview, I received an email regarding next steps: references, background check, and internet speed test. One week later, my background check came back and I received a verbal offer, immediately following an offer letter to review and sign!

You'll start with a phone screening to see if they want to move forward. Then, you'll interview with the team lead and relevant team members. If you pass that, you'll come in for a written assessment where you'll have to explain how you'd produce a video for a blog. After that, you'll immediately interview with two partners and an attorney from the Marketing Department.

I got a call early in the morning, and they asked me to come in the next day. The directions weren't super clear about how to get there or who to ask for. When I arrived, I was taken to a small conference room where two managers asked me some questions. They left, and I waited alone for a bit. Then, two senior employees came in and asked me some questions. After they left, I was alone again for a few minutes. Finally, two attorneys asked me some questions. It felt a little strange because people would come and go at different times, so I had to introduce myself and explain my background about five times. They were open during the interview, answered my questions, and assured me that my lack of legal experience wasn't an issue. They got back to me quickly, and I started working about 10 days after the initial phone call.
