Excellent, very helpful, respectful coordination, good attitude, good approach, I felt very comfortable. No hard questions. No arrogance. I think it's a very good company to work for but they did not call me. I think a lot of candidates applied.

The interview process was good, with detailed questions that provided a clear understanding of the job duties and responsibilities. The company also seemed to value quality of life and family considerations. The commute distance was short for me, and my skillset was a good match for the role.

The job posting was for a position in Charlotte, NC. The first step was a call with a recruiter who had only been with the company for a month and didn't have many details about the role, nor was he technical, which made it hard to get a clear picture. The recruiter then set up a phone interview with the IT Manager in Texas. The manager was late for the call and wasn't very friendly. He asked about my current job situation and daily tasks. His attitude wasn't great, giving off a vibe of having a big ego and not being approachable for questions about the job. The interview itself was pretty dull.
