First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Chipton-Ross.
Windows Engineer
The interview process was very professional. The interviewer had all the right questions and was on time and followed up quickly. The job was a contract position and the contract manager was brought in for the final interview.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Aircraft Electrical Assembler
Since I was a contractor, it was pretty chill. I came in, gave them my resume, and sat with the recruiter to talk about my background. It wasn't long before they told me where I'd be placed. They asked how I felt about it, and I said it sounded good and I was looking forward to it. This might be normal in SC, but don't expect this kind of interview.
- Can you tell me about your aircraft experience?
- Is this a job you are interested in?
- Do you believe you are capable of performing this role?
Access Administrator
It was a very basic get-to-know-you type of interview. We went over my resume and confirmed that everything on it pertained to the job I was hiring for. It felt more like HR coaching than an interview. The recruiter walked me through the job details, benefits, and set up the interview for the company I'd be contracting for. I felt well taken care of by Chipton Ross throughout the process.
- Can you confirm that your resume details are relevant to this role?
- Could you elaborate on your experience listed on your resume?
- Do you have a good understanding of the basic requirements for this position?
Allocations Assistant
Learned about the Boeing job opening from a friend. Got in touch with Chipton-Ross for the role. The interview process felt informal and the response time was slow.
