Marketing
The interview process was pretty good and laid out well. First, there was a practical written test, and then a typical in-person interview. For the written test, make sure you're ready to show off your typing skills. They really care about how fast and accurate you are because the job involves a lot of reporting, which they stressed. The actual interview was with a couple of really nice managers who made it feel like a chat rather than an interview. They asked pretty standard questions like 'walk me through your resume,' 'why this job,' and some situational stuff about what I've done before. It seemed like they were just trying to see if I'd fit in with the team. So, my advice is to practice your typing and be ready to talk about your experience confidently. The team seems cool and the process isn't scary.
