The process moves really fast and they prefer to use Chinese. The working language might need to be Chinese. I felt like the interviewers weren't that into me and mentioned they prefer applicants who can commit for a longer period.

Scheduling was a mess, HR gave me a tight 4-hour window to confirm which I missed because I'm not in Asia. They then rescheduled but then messaged me at the original time asking if I could join immediately. The first round was super easy, maybe 20 minutes. Then the regional boss wanted a modeling project done in 3 days. The conversation with the regional boss was the worst part. Besides project stuff, he was really disrespectful, asking about my age, where I live, my parents' jobs, and my height. He questioned how I get certifications with overtime, then said he'd teach me a new model and I'd have to write a report using it, with another meeting in HK. It felt like they wanted free work, writing two reports. Worst experience ever, I don't want others to go through this.
