First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at China Overseas.
Administrative Assistant
The interviewer was impolite and seemed to be the supervisor instead of the interviewer. When I asked about the number of workers in the department, she asked me 'how do you think,' which I found inappropriate.
- Tell me about yourself. Do you have knowledge of China overseas?
Quantity Surveyor
First I got a phone call, then I had an on-site interview with the project manager. After that, I had a second interview with another project manager. Later, HR called me to discuss salary and benefits.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
- Tell me about your previous job experience.
- What makes you want to join this company?
Administrative Officer
I interviewed at one of China Overseas' subsidiaries. The HR person was rude, which made it a bad experience, but the hiring manager was nice. I ended up declining the offer.
