Behavioral Presentation

I applied on Indeed and they reached out from there. The interview was a panel with everyone dressed professionally. They seemed to want someone with airline industry experience, and if you didn't have it, they'd kind of ignore you. It was a bit strange because I don't normally talk about myself like that, but it seems to be a thing in Chinese work culture where they like it. It's a weird experience for me.

Case Group Presentation

The first round was a group interview that involved analyzing a case. In the first part, 10 of us were split into two groups to work on hypothetical projects within a company and then present our plans. After that, the two groups debated to try and secure funding from the company for their respective projects. For the second part, the two groups merged into one large group to collaborate on a single project, and we had a presentation at the end.
