I applied in Sept through Hays Recruitment and had 3 interviews at the London office. I was told my 2nd and 3rd interviews would be with the CEO. However, during my 3rd interview, which was almost 2 months after my 1st, I was interviewed by two other people and the hiring manager I met initially. The whole 3rd interview was only 20 minutes. The recruitment agency informed me later that they weren't proceeding with my application, sadly without any feedback, despite me completing 3 interviews.
